Tchad Health Foundation (THF) is a non-profit, non governmental organization registered under the Federal Government of Canada, (Charity Registration Number: 745711002RR00 1). THF was founded in Ottawa, Ontario on February 20, 2022 by Fatia Mahamat Adoum who was concerned about the poor health and nutritional status of the population and, in particular, of the children and women of the sub-regions and villages of Chad. THF recognizes that the major causes of mortality and morbidity could be prevented or reduced substantially through effective health and nutritional education and intervention at a fraction of the cost currently expended by government and individuals.
